FAQ
Process Questions
What slows down a solar project in Illinois?
The most common delays are municipal permitting backlogs, HOA approvals, utility interconnection review, and Illinois Shines application processing. We track every step and keep you updated.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not for most of it. We'll need access to your electrical panel and attic or garage, and we'll walk you through the system when it's complete.
When can I turn my system on?
After the final city inspection and your utility grants permission to operate (PTO). We activate the system and set up monitoring at that point.
